Counseling in Mesa, Arizona for Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, and Trauma
Licensed therapists for the hard things most people carry quietly: worry that will not shut off, a low mood that will not lift, a relationship stuck in the same fight. Our team is also trained for deeper trauma work, so if the roots run deeper, you never have to start over with someone new.

Trauma & EMDR

Trained for the Hard Stuff
Most people who call us are not calling about trauma. They are calling because they cannot sleep, cannot stop worrying, or feel far away from the people they love. Those are good reasons to come in, and they are what most of our work looks like.
What sets our team apart is what happens when the work goes deeper. Our clinicians are trained in EMDR, complex trauma, and dissociation at a level most general practices are not. If it turns out your anxiety has roots in something that happened to you, your therapist can work with that directly. You will not be referred out or asked to start over.
The NIMH estimates that 6.8% of U.S. adults will experience PTSD in their lifetime, and anxiety disorders affect 40 million adults. Both are treatable.
How We Work
Every treatment plan is built for the person in front of us, drawing on EMDR, Structural Dissociation, CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and Emotionally Focused Therapy as the situation calls for them. Our care is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in respect for who you are and where you come from.
Affirming Care for Everyone
Our practice is LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and neurodivergent-informed. We know that not being accepted for who you are can wound as deeply as anything else that happens to a person, and we treat it that way. Here you can bring your whole self into the room and work on what you came for.
